Which one is more nucleophilic in strength br or oh ( both negative ions$\ce{Br-}$ or )$\ce{OH-}$?
I am confused since oh$\ce{OH-}$ is more electronegative than br$\ce{Br-}$ but also a strong base which contradicts for a better nucleophile .
