I was prepping for my first exam in Orgo Chem and came across this question. It's asking what the best H-Bond accpetor is for the molecule. I was thinking that it would be one of the oxygens because of its greater electronegativity compared to nitrogen, however I was having a little trouble distinguishing which oxygen.
I am leaning towards the alcohol group. My reasoning is that there is less steric hindrance preventing solvation, but am not sure. Any help would be appreciated!
