I'm currently enrolled in a Chemical Engineering course in my college, and in my first year, I'd like to get a nice book on Chemical Engineering that can really give me a through introduction to my field of study.

I'd prefer to have the book to have several topics, but less in-depth analysis of each, just like any other good introductory book.

Can someone help me find a good book to get a kick start?
