Aug 18, 2021 at 10:09 comment added Nilay Ghosh @Nisarg As a side note: Although this doesn't count as reduction but cyanobenzene does react with zinc dust and bromoacetic acid to form a red crystalline compound. This reaction is somewhat similar to Blaise reaction.
