And another way to break the InChI are clusters. Although the definition is not very specific, the $\ce{[KO{}^{\mathit{t}}Bu]_4}$ tetramer (wikipedia, chemspider) certainly contains one. While the monomer can be described via InChI, the tetra- or Polymer should fail. It was published by Chisholm et.al. in Polyhedron and the *.cif file can be obtained from CCDB. I cleaned it up a little bit and included the *.xyz in the appendix.
