Long, long ago I studied a lot of physics. I really had to rush through a lot of material. Now, I like to take the time to think about the deeper questions which I skipped over.

I have a Ph.D. from Harvard in semiconductor physics, was an undergrad at Caltech, and am Treasurer of the Fannie and John Hertz Foundation. Above all, I cherish "intuition". I think we 'stand on the shoulders of giants' by using the intuition we learned from studying the work of the giants.
