How does ph depend upon temperature

We know that increasing the temperature will increase the dissociation of water into H+ and OH-, which has the effect of increasing [H+]. But we also know that increasing the temperature of liquid water will increase its volume, which has the effect of reducing concentration. So as we increase the temperature, which wins? Does the H+ concentration increase because of the first effect, or decrease because of the second?
