After reading through various sites in order to understand polyhydration or what is done to form a polyhydrate substance, I haven't been able to comprehend whether it just means water infused or if it's a more detailed process. This is directly related to a vitamin I'm researching labeled as Choline alphoscerate polyhydrate. Just wondering what the process would be like in producing it.
