I searched but couldn't find anywhere whether nitro and nitrito-N can both be used in the IUPAC name of an inorganic complex.

For example, triamminetrinitrocobalt(III) and triamminetrinitrito-N-cobalt(III), which one is preferred according to IUPAC standards?

Also, in case, the NO2 group bonds using an oxygen atom, which one is preferred nitrito-O or just nitrito?
