# Temperature at which the reaction Oxalic acid + KMnO4 becomes autocatalytic

As described many times, the reaction between oxalic acid and potassium permanganate can be autocatalytic due to the production of Manganese ions.

I've read that this only occurs at higher temperatures though, but I cannot find a procedure suggesting a range of temperatures at which to perform the experiment.
