I am trying to design an experiment testing the efficacy of lichen acids to solubilize and mobilize nutrients from minerals in a lunar regolith simulant. My research so far indicates that oxalic acid and citric acid are especially important lichen excretions in this process, but I am struggling to find resources detailing the concentration of these and other organic acids in various lichen species. The closest I've come is finding very general indicators of concentrations (i.e. between 0 and 15mM for "lichens").

Does anyone know of any resources or databases that detail organic acid concentrations in different lichen species? Am I pursuing this from the wrong angle? Any input is appreciated!
