I know that temperature affects the reaction rate of a glowstick, but are there any other factors?

I was thinking the different color dye molecules would have an effect on the reaction rate, since they have different conjugated systems, which absorb different frequencies of light.

Are there any possible factors that I can possibly investigate on the reaction rate of a glowstick?

Thank you.
