I want a good anode for my chlorate cell. I tried coating graphite with PbO2 but without success. So I was wondering about using titanium as substrate. Is it better then graphite, also is it easier to coat? And can titanium dioxide be used directly or be coated with PbO2?

Thanks in advance!
