The given reaction is

$$\ce{AB2(s) → A(g) + B2(g)}$$

Now on adding inert gas at constant pressure equilibrium should shift on direction of more gaseous moles. But the answer says that equilibrium concentration will not change. Can anyone explain this?

Also what if AB2 were a gas?
