I have searched online for 'chemical tests for gluten'; however all the results are about 'home testing kits' (presumably for people with a gluten intolerance). I would like to know if there is a test for gluten as I can't seem to find one. I would need this for a school science project so I am not sure if the chemicals would be widely availible (ie more so than iodine for a starch test).

Thanks in advance!
