Reactions of alkynes and Sodium or sodawith sodium/ammonia vs sodium amide

What happens when alkynes react with Sodiumsodium in ammonia ($\ce{Na/NH3}$), or sodawhen they react with sodium amide?

Does it liberate hydrogen so does it prove that alkynes are acidic($\ce{NaNH2}$)?

What happens when But-1-yne and but-2-yne react with Sodium and soda amide... Please write the reactions. Are these two sets of conditions different?
