As Brian's answer suggests, the answer to this question might be found more easily using an internet search. However, when I see this question, I ask "Soluble in what?" There are many kinds of solvents. – Ben Norris Feb 21 at 2:04
Nothing is "unsoluble" or "soluble" in such a simplicistic way. All substances are more or less soluble. – Georg Feb 27 at 17:29

Lead(II)chloride is soluble, yes. For stuff like that, you can simply google it.

Solubility in water: 4.5 g/L

More properties at wikipedia.
